1. Acceptance of terms
These terms govern your use of MantriCEM, a service operated by TarkHQ LLP ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of service
MantriCEM is a cloud-based business management platform that provides CRM, invoicing, expense tracking, project management, team management, marketing tools, and AI-powered business intelligence. The service is available on web browsers and mobile browsers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you for any such changes.
3. Account responsibilities
- →You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- →You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- →You must notify us immediately at hello@mantricem.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- →You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite
- →One account per legal entity — you may not create multiple workspaces to circumvent plan limits
4. Acceptable use policy
You agree not to use MantriCEM to:
- ✗Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications
- ✗Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or content that could harm our systems or other users
- ✗Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or other users' workspaces
- ✗Scrape, reverse-engineer, or decompile any part of the service
- ✗Use the service for any purpose that is illegal under Indian or applicable international law
- ✗Resell, sublicense, or white-label access to MantriCEM without our written permission
- ✗Use the AI features to generate content that is false, misleading, or harmful
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
5. Subscription and billing
Free plan
The Free plan is available at no charge with no time limit. We reserve the right to change the Free plan's feature set with 30 days' notice.
Paid plans
Growth, Pro, and Agency plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Indian customers are billed in INR via Razorpay. International customers are billed in USD via Stripe. Prices are displayed before you commit to any purchase.
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Settings → Plan page.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
6. Refund policy
Monthly plans: We offer a full refund within 7 days of any monthly payment if you are not satisfied. Requests after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
Annual plans: Annual plan payments are non-refundable after the 7-day window. If you downgrade mid-year, your plan will remain active until the period ends — no partial refunds are issued on annual subscriptions.
Requesting a refund: Email hello@mantricem.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
7. AI features disclaimer
MantriCEM includes AI-powered features (business intelligence, content suggestions, deal scoring, marketing analysis). You acknowledge that:
- ⚠AI outputs are suggestions, not professional advice. Do not rely on them as financial, legal, or tax advice.
- ⚠AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review before acting on them.
- ⚠You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated invoices, quotes, or financial figures.
- ⚠We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI outputs.
8. Data ownership
You own all data you enter into MantriCEM. We claim no intellectual property rights over your business data. We process your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your data as necessary to operate the service. This licence ends when you delete your account.
9. Service availability
We target 99% uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance. We will give at least 24 hours' notice for planned downtime longer than 30 minutes via the in-app notification system or email.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control (internet outages, third-party service failures, acts of God).
10. Termination
By you: You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from Settings → Plan. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after deletion.
By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion. For minor violations, we will attempt to notify you first. For serious violations (fraud, abuse, illegal activity), we may terminate immediately without notice and without refund.
Effect of termination: On termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. We will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
MantriCEM is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We are not liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and via in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of MantriCEM after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
